Front End Developer - Bedfordshire - £45,000 - PermanentComputer Futures are working with a market leading company based in Bedfordshire looking for a talented Front End UI Developer to join an exceptional team of developers. You will be working on a project to build a completely new browser based user interface for the latest applications and UI modules.
My client is a market leader in telematics, SavNav and fleet analytics. Using their cutting edge technology, they have changed the way the UK now analyse the data given out by members of the public using vehicles, as well as improving vehicle security and mapping.
Responsibilities
- Design and maintenance of high quality features on new and existing web based application using HTML, CSS, Angular, Bootstrap, JavaScript and jQuery.
- Working closely with the mobile and back end developer to deliver the best user experience.
- Deliver wireframe designs suitable for business understanding and agreement.
Essential Skills:
A good degree in a scientific, numerate or IT discipline with ideally a master's degree or equivalent experience.
Experienced, versatile and creative engineer with a background in UI/UX development
Excellent skills in C#.NET Experience of working with Angular JS, Bootstrap, MVC and MVVM design patterns, HTML 5, CSS, JavaScript, jQuery and AJAX.
3-5 years' experience working in a similar environment.
Desirable Skills:
Knowledge/use of source control systems and defect tracking systems.
Good understanding of Microsoft SQL server and data modelling process.
Experience of working within an AGILE development environment.
Experience with photo shop or Sketch is desirable
