Interaction Designer - HTML - CSS - JavaScript - Web - Mobile
We are currently looking for Interaction Designers for a contract based in Worthing.
This is a critical role within a new digital team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for design and an understanding of how form and function work together.
Role:
- Work as part of a multi-disciplined team to design user focused and successful services
- Deliver designs that meet web standards, ensuring that key elements are built in from the outset
- Contribute to the development and continual enhancement of products
- Partner with colleagues to facilitate a consistent user experience
- Build relationships and work effectively with external providers
- Disseminate expertise of how design decisions impact accessibility
- Communicate credibly with a wide range of digital delivery disciplines
Skills:
- Professional experience designing interactions for the web and for mobile
- Experience of web and mobile application interface design
- Sketching
- Design production
- Hand coded HTML and CSS
- Rapid prototyping
- Experience working in an agile environment
- Ability to deliver iterative design components to the development team
