SAP Basis, HANA, SCC, ITIL, TSM, GxP/SOX

My client, a world renowned global organisation based in Prague is seeking an SAP Service Manager to work in the SAP Command Centre. The successful candidate will have a strong technical background in SAP Basis, SAP HANA and IT infrastructure, preferably within a Unix environment.

Responsibilities include:

- Delivering IT Services, Infrastructure in close collaboration with the SCC Order Management and the Operations team within the agreed service levels.
- Driving continual improvements and the management of change affecting the IT services and systems in close collaboration with the SCC Change Manager.
- All of the IT Operations Management activities and ensures that all day-to-day operational activities are carried out in a timely and reliable way.
- Organize the relevant meetings with all involved parties to keep the service on a high satisfaction level, like the weekly operation meeting, the monthly SLR - and Capacity Management meeting
- Reviews the monthly SLR reports with the suppliers, discuss SLA violation and mitigation actions in preparation of the monthly customer SLR meeting.
- Supports the Head of SCC in preparation of the OLA's/SLA's, leading the OLA/SLA renegotiation meetings in close collaboration with the GIS Operational Manager community
- Managing incidents with involved parties, acting as the SPOC for the different stakeholders, inform and provide input to the NOC according to the Incident Management Process, act's as decision maker on behalf of the SCC, supports the SCC operations team. Execute regular stakeholder calls during the incident
