In Plant Implementation Specialist for Product Programs
Skills Required:
- Strong process discipline in a dynamic environment High level understanding of programmable logic controllers, operational assembly/machining line management or in plant material flow concepts.
- Fluent in English written and verbal
- Prepared to travel expected to work 50% on site
- Prepared to work off hours or on week-ends, in line with plant schedules
- Continuous improvement mind-set Change management skills Team lead skills (there are no direct reports but many technical experts who support the delivery)
Skills Preferred:
- German language skills
- Working in a global environment 5+ years of experience in a technically oriented IT environment preferably in a manufacturing environment
- IT launches related to new or modified manufacturing facilities
- Typical IT supported functions/processes in a plant Operational
- IT work in a plant environment
- High level understanding of financial/accounting processes
- High level understanding of project management processes/manufacturing IT processes for application development and delivery
Education Required:
- University Degree
- Engineering or Computer Science degree
