Incident and Problem manager

Next Ventures are currently executing a search for an experienced Incident and Problem manager for a long term contract in Sweden, Stockholm.

The role

1. Responsible for all IPC processes during operations and will drive the service integration function
2. Understands standards and processes required for customer and implement/refine the processes
3. Drives all incidents
4. Will coordinate with offshore IPC team for Change and Problem management activities
5. Manage service support and service delivery activities in-line with ITIL best practices
6. Identifies opportunities for service improvements and assist teams to execute service improvement initiatives
7. Swedish speaking resource for coordinating any incident or discussion at onsite along with onsite SDM

Rate SEK per hour all inclusive
