Email campaign manager | 6 months | End of April start

An exciting opportunity has come up with a leading energy provider in Staines.

My client is looking for an Email Campaign Manager to come onboard to join the marketing team to do a full 360 campaign lifecyle. Everything from design to executive to then analye after.

You will be (and need experience in):

  • Manage the planning, scheduling and execution of email programs; including one-off, transactional, life cycle emails, drip campaigns within agreed timelines
  • Manage execution of email campaigns end-to-end, from creative assets and audience segmentation/targeting, creative setup, testing/QA and deployment via our ESP
  • Working with stakeholders to plan the campaign projects, timescales and budgets - weekly, monthly and yearly planning
  • Execute on A/B and multivariate test strategies to increase engagement across retention marketing channels
  • Create and update email reporting dashboards and custom reports analysing campaign performance in order to provide actionable recommendations and deliver continuous improvements to our email program
  • Champion continuous advancement of our email features and capabilities including targeting, personalization, template development in collaboration with multiple stakeholders: development teams, designers, business teams and more
  • Demonstrate subject matter expertise on Company's email templates, email channel best practice, process and principles, and channel capabilities
  • Ability to manage and co-ordinate multiple campaigns whilst continuing to deliver on time and to budget
  • Excellent knowledge of email best practices, methodologies, techniques, tools and passionate about delivering a high quality product Strong knowledge of HTML
  • Strong written and verbal communication and problem solving skills with an impeccable eye for detail
  • Strong understanding of how to effectively engage and convert email subscribers through template design and email copy
  • Experience working with an Email Service Provider (ESP)
  • You're adept at planning as well as executing different forms of email testing, with great attention to detail and the ability to see the big picture
  • Managment of cross-functional teams to deliver all aspects of the campaign, demonstrating a positive, can-do attitude
  • Management of relationships with marketing suppliers both internal and external roster agencies, ensuring that services meet appropriate standards and within time and budget constraints
  • Team members to lead, inspire and support in order to achieve business results
  • Extensive knowledge and experience with email best practices including list hygiene, ISP optimization, template design, A/B testing, customer segmentation and analytics/performance management
  • Excellent planning, organization, detail, and time management skills to track and complete multiple projects simultaneously
  • Be proactive in resolving issues whilst keeping everything on track
  • Passionate about email, the customer and all things Digital marketing
  • Be a self starter and like's to work on your own or as part of a bigger team
  • Good HTML skills
