CUSTOMER SERVICE - BANKING

EDINBURGH

6 MONTH CONTRACT

Our high profile Banking client currently has an opportunity for a Customer Services Representative to work in the Client Support team in the offices based in Edinburgh.

The Client Support team is responsible for all verbal contact with clients and Independent Financial Advisers. The tasks undertaken by the Telephone Team are a fundamental part of the service provided by Transfer Agency.

Key Skills required for a Customer Service Representative:

  • Strong communication skills - both written and verbal
  • PC savvy with the ability to pick up internal systems quickly
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Good working knowledge of Windows and Microsoft Office

Responsibilities of a Customer Service Representative:

  • Handle client inquiries into the organisation in a polite and professional manner within the timescales detailed in our Service Level Agreement and within the standards of the Client Services Departments
  • Take ownership of providing client with satisfactory resolution within the timescales detailed in our SLA's
  • Liaise in a professional and friendly manner with other business areas to facilitate response to client inquiries
