For a short term assignment at our clients' site, an international banking company in Zurich, we are looking for an experiencedSenior PMO - IT Financial Process Management (3684)
In this exciting role, you will support the project pool and program management in introducing new processes for a new financial database.
Requirements:
- 3 -5+ years' experience as PMO in large projects within the financial sector
- Experience within the Accounts / Finance departments in banking
- Know-how of accruals / invoicing / balance sheets
- Practical experience of applying various project management methodologies
- High degree of flexibility and "can do" attitude
- Strong communication skills
- Excellent stakeholder management skills
- Fluent English skills (oral & written), German skills of advantage
Responsibilities:
- Support/development of new processes for financial database
- Ensure data quality of newly implemented processes
- Alignment and coordination with other dependencies in Line Management, Accounting and Invoicing
- Professional management of all involved stakeholders
- Channel appropriate communication, expectation and information management
- Support planning & tracking for all impacted departments
- Identify and manage senior stakeholders and clients, evaluate their interests and establish effective communication channels
