Daily Rate - Competitive
Start -ASAP Length - 3 months
An NHS client is currently looking for a CHC Nurse Assessor to work for a client in the South Yorkshire, in order for them to get on top of the current DST workload. Previous experience within CHC is essential to the role as they are looking for somebody to hit the ground running.

- Use of the CHC Checklist
- Previous continuing care roles, carrying out DST checklists
