Our leading retail client Head Quartered in central London is looking for an experienced IT Security Specialist to work at their Bologna, Italy office. The candidate must, therefore, be eligible to work in the EU and be open to relocating for the full duration of the contract.
This is a brilliant opportunity for a candidate looking for a new and exciting challenge. As mentioned, the candidate must be an experienced IT Security Engineer and have accreditation's to substantiate their experience (CCNA/CCNP and or CISM/CISSP). Candidates are required to have an expert knowledge of Firewalls, namely Checkpoint R75, 76, 77.
Candidates must have excellent knowledge of Microsoft Windows/Linux environments with focus on security and hardening technique, IDS/IPS, SIEM, and threat assessment in Enterprise environments, good knowledge of DDoS, APT and next generation threats and knowledge of forensic IT tools and processes, as well as Scripting languages and security tools (ie Nessus, Snort, Splunk, etc.)
