Requirements:
- Strong communication skills
- Maintain good relationship with stakeholders
- Autonomous, Quick learner, Good work management, Analytical. SAP AND EXCEL
- 2-3 years' experience. Finance environment, Credit Risk
- Strong knowledge of XL as it's the main tool.
- English (and Italian)
The role:
- Manage the global corporate card program for employees in every European office. Complexity of the different programs following the companies, the different countries and the currencies.
- Control and review the monthly and yearly closing process related to Corporate card transactions.
- Coordination with the T&E team and the Corporate Travel Manager.
- Make user guides for employees and for third party.
- Cooperation with legal services, HR, Oracle team and the card issuer.
- Periodical Reports to assist Country Manager s, Sales Director and Sales force to take business decisions
- Analysing change and advising accordingly
- M anaging budgets and Forecasts providing and interpreting financial information
- M anaging a company's financial accounting, monitoring and reporting systems
- D developing financial management mechanisms that minimi z e financial risk
- A nalysing competitors and market trends
- F ormulating strategic and long-term business plans by Country and by Product
- C onducting reviews and evaluations for cost-reduction opportunities
