Information Architect & Data Architect; Utilities domain; Togaf; Data Architecture
Experience Required
- IT Consultant in Data Management (DM) and Business Intelligence (BI) spanning Data Integration, Data Architecture, Datamodelling, Data Governance, Data Quality, Data Migration, Data Profiling, Data Analysis, Data Reconciliation, Data Cleansing and Remediation, Data warehouse, Master Data Management, Reference Data Management, Management Information Systems.
- Worked in functional areas such as Utility (desirable Energy) Telecom, Enterprise Applications (ERP, Asset management via public or private sector as part of the large scale transformation programme.
- Qualified as Data management Practitioner using framework or standards such as TOGAF, Zachman, DAMA DMBOK, ISO8001 and IS27001 and translating business requirements into Conceptual and Logical Model as part of Data management practice.
- Capability of modelling data at abstract, conceptual, logical and physical levels
- Experience of working commercially recognized architecture mapping tools
- Minimum 10 years of experience in Data architecture out of which 5years of working within complex and large organisations/landscapes
- Worked collaboratively on a least two full Data Governance programmes.
Qualifications Required
- TOGAF, Zachmann or DAMA DMBOOK certification preferred
- Prince2/PMP foundation or equivalent
- Data Quality Management and Standard awareness.

Key Tasks
Key tasks will include the following:
- Organising and arranging meetings with knowledge practitioners and subject matter experts
- Work as part of Enterprise Architecture team to create a solid understanding of the as-is and to-be system landscape, data, interfaces and information life cycles
- Gathering, collating and accurately mapping entire technical landscape within Transformation Team
- Effectively communicating findings to a wider audience
- Suggesting actions to manage or reduce risks to an acceptable level to ensure a successful migration
- Identification and documentation of any issues or risks associated with the Information landscape
- Assist in planning, implementing and management of recommended plans, actions and solutions
