Whitehall Resources are currently looking for Data Scientist Consultant to based in Luxembourg
Client industry: Manufacturing
Work is on site without travel
Start: ASAP
Duration: Long Term
Required:
* Education: IT degree
* Using a quantitative approach to solve problems related to dynamic pricing (based on product, customer profiling, time ecc.).
Competency:
* Application of common machine learning algorithms with experience on Probabilistic Graphical Models, Bayesian models.
* Programming with the appropriate software tool: Scala, MapReduce, Hadoop, Matlab, Python, R ...
* Facultative: experience with neural networks or spectrum and wavelets analysis.
* Languages: fluency in English is mandatory
Activities
* Exploratory data analysis (identification of patterns and anomalies)
* Model tuning: Identification of the features to include in the model, governing model equations, the network definition ecc.
* Development: building the production predictive analytics system and integration with the existing business applications.
