Our client, a global leading telecommunication company are recruiting for a Senior RFIC Layout Consultant to join their business in the Sweden.

Responsibilities:

Responsible for the design of RFIC/MMIC Integrated Circuits that will be used in GSM, UMTS, LTE infrastructures and point-to-point or backhaul applications

The blocks within such a RFIC/MMIC include, but not limited to, LNA, MIXER, RFVGA, IFVGA, PLL, VCO, DSA, divider, multiplier, filter, and PA-predriver

The design processes are 28nm RF-CMOS and 0.18um BiCMOS
Qualifications:
-
MS or Bachelor degree
-
At least 5 years experience in RFIC layout

Basic knowledge of circuit principles

Good understanding and practice of deep sub-micron processes and their layout requirements

Familiar with the complete tape-out flow including DRC, LVS, metal filling, antenna checking

Hand-on experience on 28nm CMOS layout work

Cadence ic6, virtuoso
-
LVS & DRC tools like K2ver, Calibre, Assura, Hercules, PVS
