eCRM Euro are looking for a SalesForce SuperUser for a contract position in the London Area.
This is a 6-month contract position as an immediate start.
Responsibilities on this project
- Maintenance of data, surveys, targets, and discounts
- Data loads
- Call objectives
- Cycle Plans
- Pricing rules and discounts
- User supports
- Business data in general (POS, Territory assignment, salesforce reports, uploads, surveys).
Skills
- Knowledge of CRM application
- Knowledge of Commercial practices including targets and KPIs
- Knowledge of BI reporting tools
- Excel Skills
- English
- Knowledge of Salesforce Automation
