Enterprise Risk ManagerBased City London
Salary c. £80,000 plus bonus and benefits
Real Staffing is working closely with this leading European bank, to assist them in the recruitment of a Risk Manager / Head of Risk to assist them in the implementation and maintenance of their Enterprise Risk programme for their UK Corporate Banking operations.
You will be responsible Risk Management across their Corporate Bank, including their Structured Finance Operations, making sure they are compliant with their own internal policies and processes as well as external regulations. This will include ensuring that they have the tools and systems in place to identify, assess, measure, manage and report risks. You will be responsible for making sure their current risk management model is modified as required, working closely with partners in other countries as part of a Group wide function.
In the role, you will promote a Risk awareness culture throughout the organisation by identifying and measuring risk to make sure it is managed within the approved risk tolerances and risk appetite of the organisation and within the boundaries set by regulatory compliance. You will work closely with the Exec in the development of the risk appetite.
To be successful in this role, it is expected that you will offer proven experience as a Corporate Risk Analyst / Manager, have excellent stakeholder skills alongside excellent analytical skills that will allow you to excel in the measurement and reporting that the role requires. A good understanding of Corporate Banking products would be beneficial. Given this is a European bank, candidates with additional European languages would be welcomed.
