Office 365 Exchange Online SME:
Required Technical Skills:
- 3 years hands on Microsoft Exchange or other collaboration tools
- Exchange /on-line (Office365), advanced storage, optimization of Exchange and knowledge of SQL preferred
- 3-5 years IT experience supporting multiple Exchange platforms such as 2007, 2010, 2013 and Exchange On-Line
- 3-5 years of experience with standard Exchange features including search/indexing, content management, site creation and security concerns
- Experience working with other Microsoft technologies such as SQL Server, Scripting, Active Directory and Office365
- Familiarity with various networking components (Firewalls, network protocols)
- Experience with Topology configuration (various server roles, Pools), Load Balancing (DNS and HLB), Windows Server, Advanced Permissions and Policies
- Well organized and experience working with diverse teams on projects
- Good communication skills, with the ability to interact with other support teams
- Assist junior staff with technology upgrades and learning new features on the Exchange platform
- Experience with basic Scripting using PowerShell.
Required certification:
- MCP
- MCTS (Exchange or Exchange Server),
- MCITP for Microsoft Exchange
Degree requirements: B.Sc in IT or related field preferred.
