Senior Dynamics AX consultant to first strengthen our MS Dynamics AX applications support team with implementation and roll outs
Senior consultant Trade & Logistics - MS Dynamics AX 2012 experience is neccesary for this role with roll out and implementation experience.
This is working for a global manufacturing company who need someone who can start within the next 3 weeks for an initial 6 month contract.
Candidates must have fluent written and spoken English
Ideal candidate will have;
. Demonstrable ability to self-start, work independently and to "hit the road running".
. Excellent communication skills - verbal and written English.
. Overall 10+ years of experience implementing and supporting global ERP solutions including:
. Functional expertise (5+ years of experience) in MS Dynamics AX in Trade and Logistics.
. A good understanding of Dynamics AX 2012 architecture - AX clients, AX Servers, network, Citrix, SQL etc. - especially in the context of application performance.
. Demonstrable experience in Dynamics AX solutions consulting doing fit-gap analysis and providing solutions to the business making best use of standard solutions over bespoke.
. Ability to work under pressure, to conform to strict support SLAs and to operate in dynamic fast-changing environment.
. Extensive experience interacting directly with business end users.
. Team play - willingness to help/train the team, making and sharing knowledge artefacts and working together amicably in the team.
. Experience in working with mature incident, problem, release and change management processes as per ITIL and supporting systems.
. Experience with supporting MS Dynamics AX Finance modules is a plus.
. Experience with supporting store/retail environments is a plus.
. Experience in supporting AX 3.0 is a plus.
