Role: Continuing Healthcare Nurse AssessorLocation: South Yorkshire
Contract Length: initial 3 Months
Our NHS client requires an interim Continuing Healthcare Nurse Assessor to take on a 3 month+ interim post for a client based in South Yorkshire. This is an excellent opportunity to work with an enthusiastic and driven team.
This role would be to:
* Managing the best practice processes and delivery of the CHC processes
* Acting as a liaison between other health and social care functions
* Demonstration of professional development
* Knowledge of CHC Framework and application
* Use of the CHC Checklist
* Previous continuing care roles, carrying out DST checklists
Essential Skills - Please apply only if you have:
* Previous continuing care roles, carrying out DST checklists
* Clinical Background - Nursing: RMH, RGN
* Knowledge of CHC Appeals processes
