For a project at our banking clients' site in Zurich starting in May for a duration of 6 months we are looking for an experiencedIT Business Analyst - Advisory Stream (3637)
The Application Delivery (AD) within our client's WM IT and the company's IT is accountable and responsible for project deliveries in favour of the client's Business Partners.
AD ensures efficiency and quality of delivery - right skills at the right place -, establish methodologies, processes and tools into the organization.
Role overview
As a Business Analyst in the advisory area, you will be engaged with finding solutions to business problems, the analysis of current processes and functionalities as well as with the generation of new business specifications.
During the development phases you will work closely together with your colleagues of the application development department. Test-cases will be mainly generated and executed by the dedicated test-team, based on the acceptance criteria you have been defined. Furthermore you will develop subject matter expertise (SME) on the application and surrounding business processes. You will be working closely with business representatives, this role is a very exciting and diversified opportunity for an experienced professional.
The qualifications we are looking for in brief:
- You are expected to be well versed in business analysis and willing to go into a deep level of detail while still maintaining the big picture view
- 3+years of experience as Business Analyst / Front Office
- Experience in Financial Services industry
- Experience with front-end processing/functionality
- Independent, systematic and structured approach and way of working (e.g. Use Cases, Activity Diagrams, UML)
- Strong analytical and problem solving skills
- Initiative acting and dedicated commitment as well as excellent organizational skills and keen perception
- High awareness of quality and deadlines
- A very good command of German and English
