The Web Developer will have +8 years of experience in developing web app using Javascript and +1 years in angular+node+express js with the following skills:

ES6/ES5/Conceptual changes

Visible work history
Webpack/bundler/system js/etc.
NoSQL
Isomorphic apps
Setting up build streets
Shell Scripting
Docker/CF knowledge
Bootstrap/Java/Tomcat
Knows more then only FE (Polyglott)
Socket (Real Time) experience (rustfull/SOA/etc.)
Can explain patterns/architecture concepts
