SAP HR Successfactors Consultant - France, SAP HR Successfactors Consultant - France

Main responsibilities: Role in the management ownership of the ERP platform, Co-Ordinating the deployment of the new SuccessFactors solution, supporting the complete documentation L1/L2/L3 accompanied by updating the application mapping, and monitoring of maintenance existing HR applications.

Key Responsibilities:

Assistance to project teams (IT and business oriented) to monitor the drafting of detailed functional and technical specifications concerning the migration process, deployment and overall implementation of the ERP HR within the company

Management of requests and deliverables in connection with publishers and integrators working on the project

Guarantor of good compliance in connection with the Change Management process

Monitoring developments and migration and deployment procedures, ensuring compliance and quality defined by the project

Coordination and control of the former Migration Process ERP Meta4 to SuccessFactors, for the HQ, and BMC for Strategic field (delegations)

Responsible for maintenance on existing: Meta4, BMC Strategic ...

In charge of the technical documentation for levels 1, 2 and 3 support

Force proposal based on the requests and needs

Optimization deployments to meet high performance requirements (WAN with degraded VSAT connections or ADSL)

Experience:

Successful experience in managing a required application maintenance

Perfect mastery of Microsoft Windows environments and SQL Server +

Knowledge of the principles of operation and integration of tools like ETL/EAI (Microsoft BizTalk and 2012+ SSIS)

Understanding of the concepts of SOA and Web Services SOAP

Experience in systems integration in the cloud, with support of a Reverse Proxy/Firewall (type F5 BigIP), would be appreciated

Current use of Microsoft Windows 8.1 and Microsoft Office 2013 tools

Experience required around an IT project tracking system, bug tracker and source management (Microsoft TFS 2013 for example)

Knowledge of Casewise, or any other application mapping software, is also a significant

French current, good written and oral comprehension of English
