A close client of mine is currently looking for a UX Designer to join his/her team in Stirling. Working as part of a wider team (including Front End Devs, Visual Designers and UX researchers), the successful candidate will be joining an interesting portfolio of digital projects.
As a large and well established Financial Services organisation, my client is seeking candidates with the following knowledge & experience:
* Demonstrable knowledge & experience in UX Design (ideally coming from large, Corporate/Financial Services backgrounds/projects)
* A proven and in-depth knowledge wire-framing & prototyping (in Axure or similar), the user journey, user-centred designs and site mapping etc etc
* Proven knowledge around Agile & Scrum methodologies with previous experience working in a formal Agile environment
* A creative and pro-active personality with the ability to work on own initiative and as part of a wider team
* Excellent people & communication skills with the ability to quickly adapt to new environments & quickly build rapport
