Description
Recruit 121 has an 18 month contract assignment for a Change Communications Lead to join the team of its end-user client in Hong Kong on a full-time basis.

The Role
My client are currently looking to implement SAP into 92 locations and therefore need a Communications Lead to assist during this period of Change. The company expect to have all 92 locations completed within 18 months and the chosen candidate will be expected to liaise with stakeholders in each region and also within the HQ in Hong Kong.
Minimum core attributes:
- SAP NOT essential
- Seasoned Communications Lead (5+ years)
- Communications experience from a project/programme environment where you have been expected to deliver by set deadlines
- Delivery focused background
- Candidates with a pure internal communications background, this will not suffice
- Up to date with the latest communication tools
- Ability to display:

What was your Communications plan? - Experience positioning physical change within an organisation and creating/maintaining organisation structure
- Experience of a top-down approach
- Experience leading/managing multiple work streams at a time
- A self starter who has the ability to adapt quickly
- Local candidates only - cannot wait for visa approval
