The contracts are with a major Consultancy to be on assignments at a large European site in central Brussels as follows:
Technical Consultancy Engineering Specialist
Nature of the tasks
Consultant on IT exchange of medical patients files between medical organisations
Management of e-Health projects for exchange of medical data between medical organisations between Member States.
Knowledge and skills
Expert knowledge of HL7, SNOMED, medical Information Technology systems interoperability profiles, IHE.
Proven IT consultancy skills in medical Information Systems design and data exchange.
Knowledge of electronic patient data exchange processes, procedures and implementations
Education and Experience
Minimum 9 years of relevant studies and experience after the secondary school
Minimum 9 years of IT professional experience
Minimum 3 years' experience in architecture and design of information systems
Minimum 3 years' experience in development of information systems
Experience in IT project management
