Description
For our customer we are looking for a IT Analyst Metrics and Data Analysis Specialist.
Key responsibilities
-Define and implement KPI's and operative metrics for program management and agile development teams
-Automate data collection and reporting
-Create Visual & Interactive Dashboards
-Carry out deep dive data analysis to identify root causes of quality gaps
-Drive consistent quality reporting by teams located in multiple locations
Competencies
-Practical experience in implementing metrics and reporting systems for large scale agile programs
-Very good understanding of databases, reporting and visualization tools
-Exceptional ability to visually present and communicate data, analyses, and findings
-Experience with automating data collection from several source systems
-Experience with Data mining, analysis.
-Lean Six Sigma GB/BB preferred
-Ability to work independently and be part of a team environment
-Proactive, organized, detail oriented, and quality driven
-Practical experience with reporting from Jira and HP ALM
