Description
Company located in Marietta, GA is looking for an experienced .NET Developer. Job is contract, and duration is open ended. If you have 3+ years of .NET experience, and are looking for a long term contract position, please forward an updated resume ASAP.
Person must be able to self-drive: plan, organize and execute. Removing blockers on his/her own.
Needs to have Windows Service, Command-Line and Parallelization experience.
- Parallelization of processes:
- Multi-Threading,
- Working with proper Queues (SQS or MSMQ, etc.)
- Scaling across Servers
- Understands the limitations of IO concerns
- Plus: ETL and General Data Migrations principals:
- 1st, 2nd, 3rd normal forms of storing data
- Extracting and Staging
- Data Quality & Data cleansing rules
- Multi-database ETLs
- Tooling: SSIS, Informatica, etc.
- General SOLID design principles along with Unit Testing
- Works will in a process driven organization who values quality but can do so rapidly
