Description

This position provides both customer and technical support for Transport suite of products. These products include CES, CAS, Web Preconstruction, and Site Manager. The platforms for these applications range from client to Client Server to web based (ASP.NET).

The successful candidate will have substantial experience:

-Providing both Front End customer support and Back End support for third party products.

-Experience with Back End support in this position is required and should include the following:

*Experience with deployment, configuration, and maintenance of third party software.

*Demonstrable experience writing SQL script, performing data analysis.

The following are preferred, but not required skills:

-Experience working with Transport software, Powerbuilder, XML, web based programming (ASP.NET).
