Change Analyst - France
Languages: ENGLISH only
Skills and experience:
- 5-6 years' experience in IT operations
- ITIL v3 Foundation certification required
- Good understanding of service management principles in particular Change Management
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills; ability to form strong relationships within a Matrix organization
- Detail oriented, analytical, and demonstrate ability to work in ambiguous environment
- Self-directed with proven ability to make mature decisions supported by thorough data analysis
- Project management skills a plus
Description of work:
- Think in a service context, and define outcomes-based delivery
- Receive, log and allocate a priority to all Requests for Changes (RFCs)
- Table all Request for Changes (RFCs) for a Change Advisory Board (CAB) meeting, issues an agenda and circulates all requests for changes to Change Advisory Board members in advance of meetings to allow prior consideration
- Convene urgent CAB or ECAB meetings for all urgent RFCs
- Issue change schedules
- Liaise with all necessary parties to coordinate change building, testing and implementation, in accordance with schedules
- Updatesthe change log with all progress that occurs, including any actions to correct problems and/or to take opportunities to improve service quality
- Review all implemented changes to ensure that they have met their objectives; refers back any that have been backed out of have failed
- Review all outstanding RFCs
- Analyse change records to determine any trends
- Produces regular management reports
