Service Desk Analyst - 6 Months - London
Urgent Opportunity for an experienced 1st line support Service Desk Analyst to join a team of three at an award winning international branding company.
The successful Service Desk Analyst will have proven experience within an IT support based role. The role will entail the day to day support, control and administration of the branding company's internal systems across Infrastructure and Business Applications.
The successful Service Desk Analyst MUST have a knowledge, understanding and practical application of:
*Fault analysis and troubleshooting techniques
*System hardware
*Software faults
*Network / Communications technologies
*Service Desk call management systems
The successful Service Desk Analyst MUST have an experience providing laptop and desktop support in:
*Wintel
*Windows 7
*Exchange 2010
*Apple Mac
Desired:
*Microsoft SCSM
*Virtual Desktop Environment
*Mobile and/or tablet environment
