Description

Our client is looking for someone to drive the transition and transformation of their delivery and service organisation, in order to set them up to win, deliver and serve their growth agenda.

The successful candidate may ultimately run the delivery and service operation.

Candidates must have a very good understanding of the mobile marketplace, excellent senior customer engagement skills, and technical expertise in IP Sec, Networks and RAN areas.

Key Skills Required:

  • Track record in optimising the utilisation of all available resources to deliver profitable business.

  • Track record in driving the skills and resources of a mobile technical area, anticipating changing demands in the marketplace and planning ahead to meet skills gaps and future skills requirements

  • Track record in developing and managing strong customer relationships at senior levels and experience in consulting engagements in pursuit and delivery.

  • Experience in working with market facing units to identify demand and qualify opportunities, and experience of using the winning business process.

  • Experience in all elements of the Mobile Technology stack are desirable including:

- RAN

- IP Networking

- IP Switching

- IP Security

- RAN Technology

The role will likely be on a mid-long term contract
