Description
Role:
- Analyze changes to identify the level of risk, evaluate the benefices, reduce the production impacts, and ensure the service continuity.
- Identify and manage possible conflicts between changes.
- Follow up global RFC's including the ones with emergency or critical status.
- Prepare, manage and animate the CABs.
- Ensure the Change Management process is performing as designed; Ensuring process description meets objectives; Making recommendations for Service Improvement Plans; Design, and improve continuously the process.
- Review all implemented changes to ensure that they have met their objectives; refers back any that have been postponed or have failed
Skills:
- Minimum 5 years' higher education in IT
- Minimum 2 years' experience in a similar position
- ITIL v3 (minimum foundation - Mandatory)
- Good IT Infrastructure & Operations background
- Experience in managing outsourcing contract, KPI's and SLA's
- Microsoft Excel
- ServiceNow (ITSM tool)
