Currently looking for 2 Mobile App Developers with Xamarin experience to work with a piooneering company.
We are looking for a Mobile App Developer with broad experience using Xamarin who possesses a passion for pushing mobile technologies to the limit and will work with our talented team of engineers to design and build the next generation applications.
The successful candidate will have the following responsibilities:
- Design and build advanced applications for the iOS and Android platforms using C# (Xamarin)
- Lead iOS and Android development working closely with other mobile app developers ensuring a consistent approach for all platforms and maintaining a parity in features
- Standardise the apps delivering same quality and UI/UX whilst minimising duplication of effort
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design and ship new features
- Unit test code for robustness, usability and general reliability
- Identify and correct bottlenecks, fix bugs and improve application performance
- Help maintain code quality, development processes and automated testing
- Continuously discover, evaluate and implement new technologies to maximise development efficiency
The successful candidate will have at least:-
- 3-4 years working experience in mobile app development, demonstrating successful delivery of mobile apps integrated with cloud-based services
- Broad experience in cross-platform development using Xamarin and strong programming skills in C#
- Experience with Xamarin data access, memory and performance tuning, touch and notifications
- Experience with iOS and Android SDKs
- Experience with RESTful APIs to connect apps to Back End services
- Knowledge of cloud message APIs and push notifications
- Experience with third-party libraries and APIs
- Solid understanding of the mobile development life cycle and UI/UX standards
- Experience in publishing iOS and Android apps
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and ability to work in both international and multifunctional teams
Experience in the following areas is a distinct advantage:
- Good knowledge of Java and Objective-C/Swift
- Agile methodologies
- Familiarity with continuous integration
- Software Development in a regulated environment - ISO13485/IEC62304
- Medical or Clinical domain awareness
