Senior Scrum Master #?
Location: Brussels, Belgium
Start date: ASAP/Duration: 3-6 months initially
Role
Our client is seeking a Senior Scrum Master to work on a project in Brussels, Belgium.
Required skills/experience:
- Solid project experience and strong experience working as a Scrum master
- Good skills and knowledge of facilitation, situational awareness, conflict resolution, continual improvement, empowerment, and increasing transparency
- Knowledge of numerous well documented patterns and techniques for filling in the intentional gaps left in the Scrum approach (example: numerous Burndown techniques, numerous Retrospective formats, handling bugs, etc.)
- The ability to distinguish between what "is Scrum" what is "not Scrum"
- Knowledge and/or experience with widely successful Agile techniques: User Stories, ATDD, TDD, Continuous Integration, Continuous Testing, Pairing, Automated Testing, Agile Games
- Excellent communication and mentoring skills
Nice to have:
- Financial industry or Banking experience
Language
English and Dutch/French
Contract
The contract duration is for 3-6 months initially with likelihood of extension.
