MI Analyst
Are you an experienced MI Analyst? Do you have experience of working in Financial Services?
One of our key financial services clients is seeking an MI Analyst to join a large project in West Yorkshire on a 6 month contract.
Working alongside others your will deliver robust, timely and insightful MI and reporting that enables key stakeholders to make informed decisions based on sound recommendations and robust data.
You will be responsible for designing and developing a range of daily, weekly and monthly dashboards and reports across multiple internal functions. The role will involve analysis of data regarding operational performance and communicating with operational teams to proactively identify required performance reports and trends.
Experience Required
- Proven ability & experience in MI Analysis, Risk Analysis and Data Management
- Knowledge of MI design principles and concepts with experience of using SQL, Microsoft BI Stack, Qlik View, Microsoft Office and VBA, or other data mining tools
- Good communication and relationship management skills.
- Good analytical and problem solving skills and the ability to use information to generate creative solutions to benefit the business.
- Preferred background in Financial services industry, although not essential, with exposure to remediation, complaint handling, claims processing and conduct risk reviews in the UK
- Awareness of the FCA, CCA, Data Protection Act and other relevant legislation, procedures and processes
The contract is to start ASAP and the pay rate is between £130.00 and £170.00 per day depending on level of experience and suitability which will be paid on a fortnightly basis.
