Description

Responsibilities:
Guide through data migration process
- "Own" the Phoenix cutover plan which will take effect as of July 15th and will serve as a roadbook for the weeks leading up to cutover as well as the actual cutover weekend itself
- You will be responsible for coordinating both the non-documented as well as the documented data migration activities in HP Application Management Life Cycle (ALM) as well as the review of the tests themselves
- You will be responsible for chasing the responsible of the various actions in the cutover plan, and preparing this cutover plan to the last detail prior to July 15th, based on the dry-run experience
- You will be responsible for organizing the daily follow-up calls and track progressin the cutover plan.
Technical skills:
- Have basic insights and knowledge of strategic logistics (supply chain-, transport- and inventory management)
- Experience in data and stock migration exercises
- Knowledge of HP Application Lifecycle Management
- Experience with SAP
Specific knowledge of systems:
- Able to work with PC and Microsoft Office Packages
- Knowledge of HP Application Life Cycle Management
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel for analysis
- Notion on SAP systems
Personal skills:
- Have well developed communication skills
- Able to work autonomously
- Accurate
- Flexibility to adjust to time frames of Egemin/SAP-eWM development teams
- Analytic mind
Education: Experience prior to degree
Languages: Dutch, English and understanding of French
