IT Security Specialist – Munich - €500-€900 per DayOur client is urgently looking for a Senior Security Specialist. You will be ensuring highest security and confidentiality standards for a newly developed product running on my client’s backend platform.
As a leading systems engineer for security and data privacy you will be responsible for:
• Responsible for making sure the backend isn’t hacked.
• Developing security concepts and guidelines
• Establishing a process to assess change management requests and development features against security requirements
• developing, installing and maintaining security tools to ensure compliance with security guidelines
Key Skills Required:
• Knowledge in software development methodologies, driver build, DevOps concepts (Continuous Integration and Continuous Delivery) would be beneficial
• Minimum 2 years of experience in secure system engineering and system administration
• Experience with security concepts for encryption, hardening, firewalls, intrusion detection and prevention
• Ideally experience in Linux Operating System,Virtualization (KVM, OpenStack, etc.), Script languages (bash, ksh, php, etc.), Network monitoring (tcpdump, wireshark, etc.)
• Skills in C, C++ or Java as well as experience with Container (LXC), Docker, Cloud Foundry would be useful.
This will be a long term freelance role paying generous overtime when required.
