Civil Structural Engineer - BEng - MEng
My client who are a leading name in the energy and utilities sector are currently looking for an experienced Civil/Structural Engineer to join them.
Civil Engineer
MEng or BEng civil/structural for an Engineer ideally with at least five years' experience especially in surveying and detailing of steel structures
Self-motivated and able to work with the minimum of supervision
Experience in preparing structural calculations, preparation of specifications and capable of pulling together bills of quantities
Experience in the use of computer design programmes and AutoCAD would be advantageous
A good understanding of Excel and other Microsoft applications Very good report writing and able to communicate well with the Client and team members
A health and safety qualification would be helpful, NEBOSH or IOSH
Experience of working at height and preferably with training but this can be supplied
Hold a valid UK driving licence
Health & Safety Requirements
Site Safety passport NEBOSH or IOSHH would be beneficial
Industry Qualifications
BEng or MEng in civil or structural engineering
