Oracle Public Sector Revenue Management (PSRM) Consultant required by Whitehall Resources for an initial 6 month extendable engagement in Dubai, United Arab Emirates.

Skills/Experience Required:

* Oracle Public Sector Revenue Management EXPERT
* We require one resource who is fairly senior (10-15 Yrs experience)
* Excellent client facing and communication and articulation skills are key
* Arabic language fluency is a key advantage
* Exposure to developed markets - United Arab Emirates Public Sector organisation experience
