Software Development Engineer - Contract
Duration: Initially 6 months
Rate: £35-£37 per hour
Location: Stafford
My global industry leading client urgently requires the services of a Software Development Engineer with the following skills and experience to join their team:
* Excellent in C.
* Development experience of VxWorks, Linux, Windows.
* Hands-on experience of the industrial communication protocol such as IEC61850, IEC , DNP3, OPC-UA, TCP/IP socket based protocols and/or knowledge of Ethernet lower levels protocols (UDP, multicast )
* Understanding key operating system communications principle.
* Experience of various processors and architectures, ideally Texas Instrument C066, multi-core architecture.
