Senior Ruby on Rails Developer (API/TDD)

We're looking for a Senior Ruby on Rails developer to join the team on a contract basis for 3 month rolling contract to help us to come up with some cool ideas and then help to build them into viable consumer products and in true start-up stile, run with them to create a world leading product OR pivot and look at something else.
Either way the end goal is to create something excellent for our consumers!
Due to the amount of projects we have on and the workload, we're looking for a Senior Ruby on Rails developer for a 3-6 month contract to be based out of our London office to help with the builds of clean Ruby on Rails Web Applications.
Currently our iOS application is taking a lot of orders and is working extremely well, so we're looking to get our Ruby on Rails API set up to be able to hand all of the requests, but we're also looking at new things to work and build all the time.
We build clean code, we have done since forever and we like to keep it this way and are big on TDD and Unit Testing, we'd like to see our Senior Ruby on Rails developer with experience of working in a TDD environment, however if you unit test and have not yet learned TDD, we're happy to teach if you're willing to learn.
We're a fully Agile environment, working our own project using Kanban, however we collaborate with Scrum teams throughout the group and adjust where needed, so a good agile knowledge is always helpful.
So what are we in need of?
- 3+ Years Ruby on Rails Experience
- 5+ years total Development Experience
- Experience in Scrum/Agile methodologies
- Good communication skills in English, both written and verbal
- Solid skills in version control (eg Git, SVN)
- TDD or Unit Testing using RSpec or similar
- Basic understanding on Continuous Integration
- E-commerce and social media experience preferred but not mandatory
