Description
Role: Mainframe Control Centre Operator
The Control Center team consists of 18 operators working in six shift teams on a shift schedule . You are responsible to handle all tasks within Control Center services:
- Monitor both application and infrastructure events
- Identify, isolate and resolve alarms
- Register incidents and assign to applicable groups
- Request fulfilment (work orders in SRM) such as batch orders, urgent access, production deploy
- Restore of files
Being part of the team you contribute to continuous improvement both internally and in the cooperation with other teams. The position involves stakeholder and vendor contact, both in Swedish and in English.
- Experience from working with Mainframe, eg. IWS and JCL knowledge.
- Experience of 1 to 3 years (higher experience is also okay)
- Good communication skills in Swedish and English
