For a 6 months project at our banking client's site in Zurich, we are looking for an experiencedSenior IT Project Manager - Simulation Platform (3811)
In this role you will be working on a simulation platform for the quant team within the bank. We are looking for a good, solid IT Project Manager to fullfill this role.Your Qualifications:
- 8+ years proven track record as Senior IT Project Manager within banking area
- Technical IT background - middleware
- Experience working with globally dispersed team and different cultures
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to coordinate a team and to solve complex problems
- Practical experience of applying various project management methodologies
- High degree of flexibility and "can do" attitude with a high degree of autonomy
- Experience in quant projects would be benefitial
- Deliver program objectives
- Managing all aspects of a program which includes project planning, execution, timing, quality, cost and early identification of potential issues
- Identify and manage senior stakeholders and clients, evaluate their interests and establish effective communication channels ensuring effective stakeholder management and engagement
- Consult and support our business partners and project partners
- Participate in and lead working groups and workshops
- Planning of deliverables
- Lead developement and test team
- Provide post-implementation support
