My client based in Belgium is looking for a full-time Functional Analyst / Junior PM.
The function is situated in the department of News Digital Media, which focus on digital platforms to bring news to subscribers and users: websites, apps and video. This is a contract role and they are looking to interview immediately.
Your challenges?
As a functional analyst / junior PM you will be enabled in the development of digital platforms (news, apps, mobile sites). You form the bridge between users and the technical team in which you translate the business requirements into specifications for the development team. You make you quickly familiar with the business domain of the customer and also understand what the requirements are technically. You determine and describe the improvements using wireframes, navigation structures and functional descriptions. You monitor the usability of the website or web application throughout the process, and this can aftoetsen to users. You test the end result of the correct completion. (50% of the time)
As technical manager for the video platform you watch over the proper functioning of our SaaS video platform Kaltura and the integration into our digital platforms. You follow the proper functioning of, accompanies new developments (including VR) and thinking about new possibilities offered by video in journalism. (50% of the time) Prior knowledge related video is a plus but not a must.
Knowledge of Dutch is essential
