Agile Senior Business Process Analyst
Next Ventures are currently searching for a senior Business Process Analyst fopr an exciting programme in Sweden.
The role Collaborate with relevant stakeholders to shape ideas into business architecture for business solutions improvements, describing the current state, future state and transition states to guide the detailed design and delivery of business solutions.
Design and document a concrete, robust and appropriate architecture covering people, process, and technology and organisation impact for the change in scope as well as an actionable transition roadmap.
Lead information architecture activities within the domain(s), establishing directions and providing advice.
Responsible to secure an understanding of the architecture to relevant business and IT stakeholders - within and across organisation(s) - and seek agreement with business leaders/owners.
Accountable for guiding that the scope of pre-studies and projects are in line with decided architecture principles and actively follow and guide business solution improvements during transformation to the desired future state.
Provide information and advice for better informed business decisions within and across organisation(s) to optimize portfolio & roadmaps.
Some people might refer to this as a Project management role. The ideal consultant will not lead a project as such but PM characteristics are needed in this role.
No specific technologies to mention. However Ideal experience with E-commerce, B2B B2C - Ideally Retail sector experience would be beneficial. The consultant will be working on a higher level. There are SMEs to cover for technical specifics however an overall technical IT understanding is good.
Not a pure management consultant- a senior Business Analyst with a technical background (software development, software testing etc.) and preferably some experience from working with business process analysis and requirements handling using and Agile approach, the consultant should be structured, analytical. Experience with working for large global companies.
The client wants someone who can step in and support a pre-study leader in several parallel initiatives and quickly understand the situation, work with Vendors and make selections to best of Breed and solutions etc. and is not afraid to speak up when needed.
Your profile
Advanced degree from a leading university (M.Sc., MBA, PhD)
Excellent knowledge of English in addition to at least one Scandinavian language
Preferably international experience (work or study)
Excellent analytical skills, logical and structured thinking, creative in problem solving
Superior personal and interpersonal attributes (eg results-oriented and a performance-oriented work style, creativity, entrepreneurial qualities, personal maturity)
Ambitious, motivated, high energy personality, with leadership skills and a collaborative personality
Excellent communication skills both oral and written
High integrity and reliability
