Are you Systems Developer looking for an exciting contract in Automotive Electronics? Our client has a new requirement for a Systems Developer with experience in the Automotive sector to be based in Gothenburg! No challenge is too difficult for our client. They are one of the leading international Automotive companies with a passion for safety and innovation.
The client has around 40 sites worldwide and with more than 3,000 dedicated and skilled staff, they aim to develop the future with their customers and aim to consistently be at the forefront of that development. They have more than 30 years experience and knowledge within their chosen industries including life science, telecommunications, energy and most importantly for this role, automotive.
You would be working with one of the leading Automotive brands at their HQ in Gothenburg, Sweden. The site has fantastic transport links and is based only around a 15 minute drive from the airport.
They are currently looking for an Automotive Systems Developer on a contract basis. The candidate must have at least a BSc in Electrical/Data Engineering or equivalent working experience. The ideal candidate will also have at least 5 Years or more experience in the automotive industry.
The Responsibilities of the role will include:
- Working within the Diagnostics and ECU development Team
- Develop specifications for next generation wireless connected functionality for updating vehicle software
- Design in-vehicle functionality
- Create System Signals
- Responsible to follow up and support the suppliers with implementation
- Keep track of implementation status and follow up the verification
They are ideally looking for a candidate who also has the following:
- MSc or BSc Degree in Computer Science/Computer Engineering or other relevant subjects
- Ideally 3 or more years experience in System/Software Development
- Experience in electrical automotive development
- Familiar with writing requirements no sub-system level
- Familiar with Vehicle Electronics, Software Deployment, Diagnostics, Different communication Technologies
