Service Desk Engineer- 3-6 Months- LondonExciting opportunity for a Service Desk Engineer based in London to join a team. The chosen Service Desk Engineer will report in to the Service Desk Manager.
The successful Service Desk Engineer MUST have proven experience within an IT support based role. The role will entail the 1st and 2nd line daily support, control, administration of an established company's internal systems across Infrastructure and Business Applications.
The chosen Service Desk Engineer WILL have a knowledge, understanding and practical application of:
*Call Management Systems
*Software faults
*System hardware
*Fault analysis and troubleshooting techniques
*Network/Communication Technologies
As the chosen Service Desk Engineer you MUST have experience providing desktop support within the following environments:
*Wintel
*Windows 7
*Exchange 2010
*Active Directory

*Mobile or Tablet Environment
