Job Tile: Interim Director of Data, CRM, Digital retention and LoyaltyLocation: North Surrey
Contract: 3-6 months
We are currently recruiting for our client which is a number one company in the high tech sector, based in Surrey. The end client is building up a team and doubling the size of this their digital department and they are looking for candidates that have been instrumental in change and made an impact in their previous positions. The persons applying must have proven working experience in the sectors of electronic goods. Mobile phones and white goods.
The requested strong skill set will consist of e-commerce, analytics, big data and digital data.
-Responsible for data as well as CRM/retention/loyalty strategy and programmes across Europe
-Help recruit replacement
-Most of the team in-house is in place already but need a leader
-Act as customer data champion
-Build and implement Data strategy across Europe
-Build and implement CRM/Retention/Loyalty strategy across Europe
-Help build lifetime value model and value segmentation with CMI team and Finance
-Use Lifetime Value model to deliver CRM strategy (retention and loyalty)
-Jointly with IT, deliver CRM architecture and infrastructure/technology roadmap
-Improve customer data on existing platforms with CMI
-Work towards integrating all data sets and delivering single customer view with CMI (at least per sub)
-Deliver 'always on' digital customer relationship campaigns
-Align with customer service
-Work closely to US to 'steal and re-use with pride'
-Review eCRM template
-Develop cross product ownership proposition for the customer and deliver via .com and mobile App.
