I am currently recruiting for my client, a large UK Bank, for a Finance Business Partner to join them on an initial 4 month contract with a view to extend in their offices in Gloucester.
The role is to join the Mortgages Partnering team who is responsible for partnering the business to deliver successful performance against key objectives and targets and supporting the production of forecasts/budgets through delivery of key input drivers behind volumes and margins.
Key accountabilities;
- Part of Commercial Business Partnering team helping support in managing and creating a great team environment to work within
- Lead the deployment and development of appropriate income evaluation tools/methods to help assess pricing/new propositions/business cases showing clearly the sensitivities and ranges as well as highlighting key considerations in forming a recommendation
- Ensure robust governance exists around all analysis
- Work closely with and building exceptionally strong relationships across a whole host of different teams including Product, Community Banks, Credit Risk and rest of Finance
Skills;
Strong influencing and relationship building capability
Strong delivery focus with a strong desire to deliver lasting and meaningful change into the business
A high level of numeracy - good degree in a numerically orientated subject
Preferably professional qualification eg MBA/ACA/ACCA/CIMA

Contract - 4 months with a view to extend
