Statistical Programmer - Belgium - €55,000Optimus Search are currently in partnership with an internationally recognised Consultancy on a project for a top 5 pharma based in Belgium. The position on offer is for a permanent Statistical programmer, experience with SAS in a clinical setting is necessary.
The role will offer work permit support, but will not offer any assistance in relocation. Working on-site is necessary.
Responsibilities:
- Develop, test and run SAS programs for the statistical analysis and reporting of clinical study data - this includes programs for derived datasets, CDISC (SDTM and ADaM) datasets, tables, figures and listings and their validation.
- Provide project support to the statistics reporting process through the specification of tables, figures and listings shells, writing of derived dataset specifications and the formatting of report documents and tabulations.
- Provide support in driving system and process improvements, and to develop and implement solutions to improve the efficiency and quality of clinical study data processing and reporting.
Requirements:
- The successful candidate will be educated to degree level in IT, Life Sciences, Statistics, Computer Science, Mathematics or other analytical field (or equivalent).
- In addition, the candidate will possess SAS programming skills with knowledge in SAS/Macro, Proc Report and ODS.
- Experience with Tibco Spotfire is advantageous.
- Good working knowledge in SAS/Graph, Proc SQL is also advantageous.
